SIBNI terms of service
Short and plain, because the package is too. These terms describe what SIBNI includes, how it is billed and what we do not promise.

1. Who provides the service

3. What is not included
- Full website development
- Professional photography or video production
- Paid advertising management

- Advanced AI visibility tracking tools
- Full citation payment handling
Fees charged by directories for citations are paid by the client. Optional extras can be agreed separately in writing.
4. Price and billing
One-Time Optimisation costs €300 + VAT, paid once. Ongoing Management costs €155 per month + VAT. All prices exclude VAT. When the monthly fee is invoiced, accepted payment methods, the minimum term and the notice period will be stated here once confirmed.
5. What you need to give us
Manager access to your Google Business Profile, accurate business information (name, address, phone, opening hours, services), photos or access to your photographer, and a contact person who can answer questions within a reasonable time. Delays on these delay the work.
6. What we do not promise
Google decides local rankings based on relevance, distance and prominence, and states that there is no way to pay for a better local ranking. SIBNI does not guarantee any position on Google Search, Google Maps or AI-powered search tools, any number of reviews, or any level of calls, bookings or sales. We never buy, write or incentivise reviews, and we will not ask you to.
7. Your content and our work
You keep ownership of your business information, photos and reviews. You give SIBNI permission to publish them on your Google Business Profile and in the directories agreed with you. Documents produced for you (website guidance, photography brief, competition brief, reports) are yours to keep and use. With your written permission, SIBNI may name your business as an example of its work.
8. Data protection
Personal data is handled as described in the privacy policy.
9. Ending the service
Either side can end the monthly service with the notice period stated in section 4. When the service ends you keep full control of your Google Business Profile. SIBNI removes itself as a manager and hands over any open work in progress.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.
